Alcohol Ink

Additional Information

Alcohol inks are, as the name suggests, an alcohol-based, highly pigmented ink that can be diluted with isopropyl alcohol (IPA). I use them on on-porous surfaces, such as special "paper" that is completely smooth and non-porous, or metal, or ceramic tiles. I use various techniques, such as using a hair dryer to blow the ink around, or blowing through a straw, or tilting back and forth.
